The registration for the Independence Music Awards is open

The Independent Music Awards will be given in June in Madrid. For the second time, the present edition will have the Better Album in Basque category, supported by the Etxepare Basque Institute . In 2013 the prize was for “Zorion Argiak” by the Basque group Betagarri, and in addition to collecting the prize, they performed live at the award giving ceremony.

The Independent Music Awards were created in 2009 to recognise the creation, the diversity and the artistic quality of the independent productions. Another goal of the prizes is to approach the music and the production process to the audience.

The project proposals for the prizes can be sent through their official website until April 27.
