Sigma Project saxofon quartet has been on tour through México and Chile

Sigma Project, specialized group in the sound-research, has gone on tour through Latin America, where they have performed music by Ramon Lazkano, Gabriel Erkoreka and Iñaki Estrada; they have travelled with the support of the Etxepare Basque Institute.

On Monday 10, they offered a workshop –conference at the Music Institute of the Faculty of Arts, in the Universidad Católica of Santiago de Chile. On Tuesday 11, they performed a concert at the XXIV Festival de Música Contemporánea UC festival.

After that, they travelled to Mexico DF, invited by the Colegio Nacional, where they showed the concert “ORDEN vs CAOS” with the music of Ramon Lazkano, together with brilliant musicians such as Iannis Xenakis and Javier Torres-Maldonado.

Sigma Project was created on 2007, by the saxofon players Andrés Gomis, Josetxo Silguero, Ángel  Soria, Miguel Ángel Lorente.
