Pamplona to host the third edition of 948 Merkatua

The third edition of 948 Merkatua, the Arts Market of Navarra, will take place in Pamplona from Wednesday to Friday. The event will gather together some 700 professionals of the arts and cultural industries and will feature more than 50 activities, including conferences, workshops and art exhibitions.

As part of the Aquitaine.eus project, organized by the Etxepare Basque Institute in partnership with Nouvelle Aquitaine-Euskadi-Navarra Euroregion, Euskal Kultur Erakundea, and the Príncipe de Viana Institution, Etxepare will collaborate once again with 948 Merkatua encouraging the participation of artists, public institutions and cultural stakeholders from these regions in the event.

948 Merkatua is considered a strategic market at the Euroregion level to foster cross-border relations and showcase the creative work of artists from Euskadi, Navarra and the Northern Basque Country to cultural event planners from Nouvelle Aquitaine.
