Harkaitz Cano has taken part at the Festival of the European Short Story, in Croatia

Basque writer Harkaitz Cano has participated these days in the Croatian festival “Festival Europ Ske Kraktke Pricef- Festival of the European Short Story” . He has taken part in different lectures and recitals in the cities of Zagreb and Rijeka.

On June 1 he offered a talk together with the famous Croatian writer Zoran Ferić, and the following day he took part in a reading together with the writers Santiago Roncagliolo, Lionel Shriver, Venko Andonovski, Sara Baume and Senko Karuza, in Zagreb. On June 3 he talked about America and literature in Rijeka with Dasa Drndic and finally, on June 4 he participated in another reading.

The "Festival of the European Short Story" is held annually in Zagreb and in another Croatian city; This year the festival has been organized with the city of Rijeka from May 31 to June 5. It’s not only a meeting place for literature, but FESS is also a platform for promotion of other eminent European literary festivals.
