The Nova cinema in Brussels will screen Fermin Muguruza´s latest works on 7 and 8 June, in collaboration with the Etxepare Basque Institute. Muguruza will be there to present his films.

Vlaanderen Baskenland (#Flenbasque)
This project has a dual purpose. The first is to foster collaboration among cultural stakeholders and encourage experimentation and mutual learning, and the second is to collaboratively develop tangible cultural proposals that showcase the quality and innovative nature of creative endeavours in both regions.
The initiative, which focuses on culture, contemporary creation and language, includes a wide range of multidisciplinary activities. It will also It will also foster collaboration between cultural stakeholders, artists, creators, and cultural industries through a diverse program encompassing over eleven projects from various fields. The Etxepare Basque Institue and the artist
Fermin Muguruza has a long career as musician and filmaker. The Etxepare Basque Institute has supported the internationalisation of some of Muguruza´s works. In 2023 ‘Black is Beltza II: Ainhoa’ participated in the FECI festival in Bogota (Colombia), with the support of the Institute.
