The Etxepare Basque Institute organized, together with AEK Korrika, a contest in which Basque language students from all over the world sent videos echoing the message of the 20th Korrika, #BatZuk, and showing us different places in their cities. The winning video-maker will be given free residency at a barnetegi (a full-immersion school and house where students live and breathe in Basque). It’s the perfect opportunity to learn Euskera and gain first-hand insight on Basque culture.
The Korrika will cross the Basque Country from Otxandio to Pamplona. But its torch will travel around the world, with “mini-Korrikas" organized by the Institute’s readerships in different countries.
