Do you want to see the result of the artistic residency Projection Basque?

The artistic residency ´Projection Basque´ took place last month at the Le Rocher de Palmer centre in Bordeaux, and will continue on 6, 7 and 8 March at the Niessen Cultural Centre in Rentería. The French-Argentinean musicians Las Hermanas Caronni, the percussionist and sound poet from San Juan de Luz Benjamin Colin and the dancer Martxel Rodriguez from the company Kukai Dantza Taldea from Rentería will take part in this residency.

On 8 March (19:00) they will give a concert to show the work done during the artistic stay. Admission will be free with prior booking by emailing dantza@kukai.eus.

This residency fuses photography, dance, painting and Argentinean music, as the participating artists will be based on the photographs of Patxi Laskarain and the paintings of Stéphane Carricondo (Collective 9th Concept).

This event is part of the Aquitaine.eus cross-border project, which was launched in 2016 and fosters relations and cooperation between creators and agents from Aquitaine and Euskadi.
