Call for applications now open for grants for students from outside the Basque language geographical area

The call for applications for grants aimed at Basque language learners outside the Basque language geographical area is now open. Applicants must be domiciled outside the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, the Autonomous Community of Navarre and the French Basque region (Communauté Pays Basque). The call will be open from 4 October to 3 November.

Applicants must be students at accredited public and private Basque language schools (euskaltegis) or at approved self-study Basque language centres. Applicants must pass the HABE competence thresholds in assessments at euskaltegis or at any other entity provided for in Decree 297/2010 of 9 November.
